Cookie Ordering & Shipping

Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes! We ship via UPS Monday through Wednesday so your cookies arrive as fresh as possible. We avoid late-week shipping to prevent weekend delays.

Q: When will my order ship?
A:
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your box heads out.

Q: Do you ship outside New York State?
A:
Not yet. For now, we only ship within New York State.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A:
Yes. There is a $20 minimum for both shipping and pickup orders.

Q: How long do the cookies stay fresh?
A:
They’re at their best within 3 days of delivery.

Pickup & Local Orders

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A:
Yes. Local pickup is available in Brooklyn on Saturdays and Sundays. You can select the pickup date at checkout and we’ll send you the details.

Gifting & Cookiegram

Q: Can I send cookies as a gift?
A:
Yes. You can ship to a different address during checkout. For special gift notes or custom requests, please email us at dessertsbeforedinnerny@gmail.com.

Q: What is a Cookiegram?
A:
Cookiegram is our little “thinking of you” in cookie form. When you spend $20 or more in one order, you can send one free Cookiegram to someone special in New York State.
You choose the flavor (Espresso, Triple Dark Chocolate, or Chocolate Chip), write a short personal note, and we’ll ship it within 7 business days. Each Cookiegram includes a discount code so the recipient can send one forward and keep the cookie love going.

Q: How big are your cookies?

Each cookie weighs between 115–130 grams, depending on the flavor. They’re oversized, rich, and satisfying — perfect for one serious treat or sharing between two.

Q: What makes your cookies special?
A:
We focus on bold, original flavors you won’t find anywhere else in NYC. We use high-quality ingredients and bake in small batches to deliver a standout cookie experience every time.

Q: Do you list allergens?
A:
Yes. Common allergens may include wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and nuts depending on the flavor. Each product page includes full allergen details. All desserts are made in a kitchen that also processes common allergens. Cross-contact may occur.

Storage & Handling

Q: How should I store the cookies?
A:
Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, freeze.

Q: Can I freeze the cookies?
A:
Yes! Place them in an airtight container or freezer bag first.

Q: Can I warm them up?
A:
Definitely. Heat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes for that fresh-baked texture.
